More About Me
Growing up in the Midwest I came to the conclusion that I did not want to spend my life with frigid, snowy winters and baking hot summers. So I began the search for the perfect place, checking out New Mexico, Florida, Texas Coast, Northern California, Oregon and places in between. Everywhere had some special beauty to it but I had not found the place that quite fit us. Then I came to Sequim to visit a friend in 1995. It was just the place I was looking for. If you are looking for a less hectic lifestyle, Sequim is the place to be. With a mild climate and beautiful scenery from the Olympic Mountains to the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Sequim is ideal for outdoor activities like hiking and water sports. While we don't quite have 300 sunny days a year, for the most part it's quite pleasant.
I started working in real estate over 15 years ago. Through the years I have learned to balance the good with the bad, that patience really is a virtue (I keep working on that one!) and that listening to people is a special opportunity to learn about life and what is important to them. Working with buyers to find, not just a property, but the right property is important to me. While working with sellers I try to be realistic about pricing in our current market but also strive to make the transaction the best it can be.
If you come to Sequim, please give me a call or stop in and meet me. I have a relocation packet with a map and some other good information (including a rain shadow map) that will tell you about the special aspects of our area.
